West Penn Appraisers is a large organization employing around thirty highly skilled professionals, covering five counties; including all of the metropolitan Pittsburgh area. William A. Yoder, IFAS has been the Owner & Chief Appraiser since our establishment in 1983. Mr. Yoder utilizes his wide range of interpersonal skills to encourage and advise his employees. He has a progressive technological vision for the company that results in providing the most advanced equipment allowing us to manage large volumes of residential and commercial appraisal assignments daily.
